• Handwash thermos before first use
• Ensure lid is fully screwed on before drinking from the thermos
• Use caution when opening if used with hot or carbonated liquids — pressure can build up inside
• Do not put thermos in dishwasher, microwave, or freezer
• Do not overfill — lid may push liquid out of thermos

For Maximum Insulation:

Fill thermos with hot or cold water and let stand for 5–10 minutes. Empty water and fill with food. Use hot water for hot meals and cold water for chilled items.

Deep Cleaning Instructions:

1. Handwash thermos and set in sink
2. Fill with 1 part water, 1 part vinegar, and 1 tbsp baking soda
3. Soak overnight
4. Pour out ¾ of the mixture
5. Add 1 more tbsp baking soda and scrub interior and lid with bottle brush
